Fnb connect is a disaster

Fnb connect is a disaster. I cannot make phone calls longer than 3 or 4mins, after which it simply cuts off and I have to phone back (which connects again if i am feeling really lucky that day). This also means I cannot phone the call center to complain as you have to wait longer than what fnb decided is now my allowable call duration. On top of that my husbands fnb connect has had so many problems its actually a joke and too long to list.. nah. Going back to one of the bigger service providers..
