Fnb connect is a ****

I purchased a tv from fnb connect last year for black friday Delivery was an issue And was told buy Fnb and by digital planet that delivery will not be charged End of January I get a debit order for an extra 165 Rand When I contacted fnb connect I was told it's a delivery fee Surprisingly my wife purchased the same tv through the same black friday deal and didn't get charged a delivery fee The delivery company collivery couldn't make delivery because they were busy even tho I got a message and phone call from them stating the product will be delivered on the day but I waited and nothing came So am i being charged a delivery fee because collivery couldn't deliver on time because of their unorganized delivery Or is fnb choosing certain people to charge this extra 'service fee This is really a scan to charge certain customers service fees This is double standards I have been with Fnb bank all my life and this is the service I get
