FNB connect is a ****

FNB CONNECT!!!!It is 2am on 20 Oct, still can't use the data I bought at 10:30am on 19oct! By the way I already had about 1G plus wheh I bought this data but It wasn't working either but I topped up coz I needed more data for what I needed to do, now over 3.3G data not working, I couldn't do any of the things I needed to do so what was I paying for? Ua going to come here with your rhetorical response of " but we see data is used" used where by who when I'm struggling !so sick of this honesty, REFUND ME

There is no point of data that works in thr background( I assume that is what it is cause u can’t b telling me I’m using it while I’m not) I can’t be sitting hrrr at this time complaining about this for fun! But it is because I’m frustrated , why pay for something that just decides not to work

Please refund me, I’m not interested to hear anything else ! This I promise myself is the last time I buy fnb data or airtime, if it’s not your airtime not making calls saying I’ve no airtime while I’ve airtime and minutes!!! Then it’s your data not working !! I’m so tired I promise myself to never ever waste my time and money buying anything from this network

Please don’t call me with stories, just send me a refund so u can use another network that works
