FNB Connect inefficient consultants not able to resolve my month to month contract debit order issues, a problem which is caused by FNB Connect and has now unfairly terminated my contract by a problem caused by them as FNB Connect

Hello Peter I need assistance please regarding FNB Connect. Three month ago I changed my debit order date as I have a new job and now get paid month end. I have two sim cards with fnb connect, ever since the debit order date changed, FNB connect has been telling me that the debit order is rejecting despite me having enough funds in my account every time and when the call centre consultants tell me that they can see I have funds, they just tell me that they do not know what the problem is. The other consultant told me to change my debit order to the 01st of the month as month end FNB does the debit order before my salary gets deposited (strange for me) but I did so but still I am told the debit order fails. The other consultant again told me that the banking details were wrong of which I dont know how as they were deducting from the account the whole time but then again the other consultant told me there was nothing wrong with the account. I have been assisted by consultants who were rude and cold. The last lady I spoke to was nice and one other lady I spoke to in the beginning was also nice otherwise the 98% of consultants I spoke to were basically useless and rude. They do not even listen to my complaints properly. I am inconvenienced because of fnb connect, I am not getting my allocations for no reason at all. Nothing was explained to me what the problem is, everybody just does not know. I am tired of dealing with the rude consultants hence I have opted to hellopeter.please help me as fnb connect has now told me that my sim cards with them are now prepaid without even trying to help me. I have funds in my account and I call them every month when the debit order does not go off. I am now inconvenienced for three consecutive months and my month to month contract has been ended by FNB Connect unfairly without resolving their problem. The problem is with fnb connect, not with me. Please help

Good Morning, I would love to bring toit your attention that a month later I am still not assisted bt FNB regarding my fnb connect package. They are still very much at fault, they can't use their own systems and up until today nobody can tell me what the problem is as to why they are not debiting as I requested, they opted to give me a "self help services" which I requested to use on the 01st of the month as per my agreement with them as I want my allocations then. Lime Seti who I spoke to advised me that it would be beat to try the self help on the 01st then if I wanted my allocations then. For ANOTHER whole, month I was inconvenienced again because of FNB. What do I do now? I STILL feel FNB is very INEFFICIENT as to allow me as a customer to suffer for THREE months without any explanation of assistance for that matter because when I ask for reasons to the problem, the response I get is " I DONT KNOW" that is the response from FNB CONNECT. Please help
