FNB CONNECT *********** SERVICE

I am very frustrated with FNB Connect and their misleading tacts into getting people to buy products without their knowledge. I bought a phone via fnb July and requested for a prepaid sim but I was given a contract sim. I used the sim for over 3 months, loading my own data as I believed it was prepaid but the 2nd month I had money deducted from my account referenced "FNB Connect". I was told I hold a prepaid sim but from this day I was told Im actually on contract. I called a number of time to cancel, but to no avail. The consultants where plain rude and told me I knew what I was getting myself into when I was buying the phone. I called to cancel this and requested for investigation a number of times for the past 3 months, to date I wait and am told I owe about R500. I am so frustrated and FNB has proven to be *********** once again. A consultant that I remember of which was of no help was a gentleman called Mojalefa.
