FNB CONNECT HAS NO DEV
FNB Connect - 3 weeks and no incoming SMS or the ability to activate iMessage. Gets even better you can't PORT out as no incoming sms. Calling the call centre results in incompetence at its finest. Held hostage by a **** MVNO.

23 May 2022, 16:21Still not resolved. Imagine a world where I could receive calls and SMS.... pathetic, can't wait to port of out this joke of a company. If your banking wasn't decent, I would leave that as well.

25 May 2022, 14:06SHOULD anybody reading this face the same problem. The only solution is to get a sim swap. Go into FNB bank and get one, wait around 12 hours for new sim to activate and incoming sms will work again.
