Fnb connect has no connection during loadshedding

My husband took a new fnb connect contract for R1,5k per month, but whenever there is loadshedding he has 0 connectivity which is extremely dangerous especially during loadshedding and FNB connect don’t give a damn about this. ******** customers into signing up for Vodacom connectivity but actually using failing cell c infrastructure.
