FNB Connect has no clue what they are doing

I have had issues with FNB connect from day one that I ported to them. Everytime you call the call Centre and speak to a different person regarding the same issue and each person gives you a different answer.

No one at the call Centre want to take responsibility. They never want to give you any other number beside the call Centre Nr. They are not even prepared to give you access to the management. When I requested to speak to the person that runs the division I was told that that person does not take any calls.

The latest issue I have is that it took FNB connect a week and a half to migrate me to their unlimited package. Only after I started contacting them on the 1st of December did they start the process. It took me two days of constantly phoning to call center to get me migrated. Eventually Saturday morning I was migrated. My joy lasted briefly as I realised that I can't receive any more calls.

It took me ages to get hold of someone who then went though some "technical fault finding" on my phone. The setting that she wanted me to change was Internet settings (data connection works a 100%, same with making calls just not receiving). She then indicated that she will log a fault, but that a technician can only assist on Monday as FNB does not have any technicians on standby over a weekend (I cant believe that any company offering a mobile network service does not have a technician on standby). While trying to find out how this is possible, that there is no technician on standby, the phone cut out and of course they could not phone me back due to me not receiving any phone calls.

I tried to call the call center again but eventually I gave up as listening to the music was driving me insane.

The other issue that came up was the data pricing. On their website currently, it states the the unlimited package I can add a recurring 1gig of data for R65. However when I try to load it, the price indicates R139. The FNB connect sales department indicates I must do it on my profile, but profile price is incorrect. They were going to investigate and come back to me. But they cant phone me due to me not being able to recieve calls. I gave them an alternative number and email adres. But no one has been in contact yet.

I am very disappointed in FNB connect(to put it mildly!!!) . The call Centre has me considering closing my FNB/Wesbank accounts and moving it to another bank that delivers on what it promises.
