<p>Hi</p> <p>I called the call centers for got through immediately. The menu was easy to navigate and talk to a consultant. </p> <p> </p> <p>What at a great experience unlike MTN. They probably have one of the worst call center operations. Extremely poorly designed menu, and unhelpful. You can never get through to a consultant because the call drops! How embarrassing a network dropping calls from a customer to its own call centre! What a joke.</p> <p> </p>
Finally managed to get through to the MTN call center, where a very rude service consultant gave me the wrong number for the porting department. What terrible service.
