FNB Connect "free" 500gb data recieving at a snails pace!

FNB Connect 500gb data special is nice when you get your data...eventually! My husband took a deal through FNB where you get 500gb data every month for 6 months. Every month the unused data is taken away, ON TIME, however reloading of your new month data is not the same. FNB says 5-7 working days lead time for new data to be loaded. This is absolutely shocking! How can anyone work from home like this!? The data removal automation is timeous, why can't new data reload be the same? FNB, you want to be network provider but your service and automation is like sending smoke signals in the 1800's! Would not recommend!
