FNB Connect *****

I ordered a tablet for my daughter February 2018. The offer was a Tablet plus 500mb loaded every month. The first month she used it, the data was gone on the first day. I thought ok maybe she overused it, so I hot spotted her for the rest of the month. Come month end, FNB connect debits my account by R420. To my surprise, I call them to ask what it was for and they told me it's for data usage. I explained to them the package I chose comes with 500mb but when that is finished they begin to charge me. I chose a plan but they gave me a total different plan, "uncapped ". How was it uncapped when the data was finished in a day? ? I asked them to cap it to R1, so that when the 500mb finishes, it does not charge me. End of the second month comes and I get debited R420 again for data usage, to my frustration I call them again and they told me the person I spoke to didn't cap the sim for me, they had to do it again. At whose cost? Mine ofcourse! 3rd month same thing happened again and I took the sim card and cut it into pieces. I called them demanding the call recordings and they couldn't help me but they continued to debut my account even when the sim card was not in use. Only now on the 15th of January, almost a year after I got the tablet I get a call from debt collectors demanding I pay my fnb connect account, what bull**** is that? They are the ones who should be refunding me for **********ly debiting my account. What do I owe when Fnb was the one debiting my account? I need answers and i want my money!

I thought this issue was resolved until I received a call saying I've been handed over to debt collectors? This issue was resolved in January, why am i still getting calls 7 months later?
