FNB connect, FNB Branch and FNB Dot store all suck. No one wants to take responsibility to fix the phone but decuct contract

I took a contract for the FNB Gold phone on the 10th of June 2016. It stopped working three weeks ago. I called fnb connect to get it fixed, they told me i would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours for it to be collected. I waited two weeks and no one contacted me. On the 8th Dec I decided to go to the FNB branch (Vineyard) i bought it. They told me FNB connect should have told me to take it to a WeFix. They printed a copy of my contract and told me to take it to a WeFix. I took it to a WeFix in Cavendish and the told me the phones are fixed in Canal walk. I then went to Canal walk and they told me they don't fix the FNB Gold phone anymore because there are no parts. They then told me to go to the Dotfnb store. I went to the Dotfnb store and the two girls that were there told me there is nothing much they can do other than to call fnb connect.

They called the helpline and explanied the situation and they then put me on the line with a William. The call was from 16: 28 - after 5. Almost 45 minutes of him looking for records of the call only to tell me a call was not logged. He then started the process from scratch and told me if nobody calls me in two working days then i must call ********** , option 2. I did that just spoke and took another 18 minutes speaking to a Zineth who told me that there is no record of any call logged on my behalf.
She told me that she is going to put me on a waiting list for an agent to call me and that will take another 3 - 5 working days for an agent to call me about collecting the phone, offering me a replacement phone or cancelation which I must pay for because the phone cannot be fixed.

This is the worst service ever. I've spent time, petrol and airtime for almost a month just to get a phone that is not even 6 months old to fixed. The fnb staff both at the branch and the fnbdot store aknowledge that the phone is of the poorest quality and they have been geeting a lot of complaints but noone wants to take responsibility to even have it fixed. My contract on the other hand is debited very efficiently.

This is very bad FNB. I do not want another phone from you and i am not paying for a cancelation fee unless someone is going to pay me for all the costs i have incurred trying to get this phone fixed.
