Fnb connect & fnb admin useless

Nontuthuzelo and i a few days ago went through several troubleshooting techniques to which nothing worked. my esim says it's active and I know it days active but it is not working. Several times I have told fnb connect and fnb admin it is not working. it sits on emergency calls only and I have not been able to use my esim or my phone since the 26th!

fnb admin keeps emailing me just to tell me its active and no one wants to help!!

I sent several screenshots of the troubleshooting fnb connect took me through as asked by Nontuthuzelo and fnb admin is useless. I don't even think they looked at mu email or the screenshots!!

I did all of the below

Check if Data Roaming is turned on: Go to Settings on your device Go to Mobile Data / Cellular Data Select your eSIM under SIMs Toggle Data Roaming to on Attempt to access the Internet to verify connection If still not data, turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, and then off and then wait two minutes and retry

Update the APN settings: Go to Settings on your device Go to Mobile Data Select your eSIM under SIMs Go to Mobile Data Network Under Mobile Data, change the APN to globaldata (all lower case, all one word and no space before or after) Leave the other fields blank Attempt to access the Internet to verify connection If still not data, turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, and then off and then wait two minutes an

Ensure your phone is not network locked: Go to Settings on your device Tap About Scroll down to Network Provider Lock If your device says no SIM restrictions, you are not network locked If it does not say this and mentions a network, you will not be able to use the eSIM package

Update network speed: Go to Settings on your device Go to Mobile Service Select your eSIM under SIMs Select Voice & Data Select 4G or LTE Attempt to access the Internet to verify connection
