Fnb connect

I have ported my MTN number to fnb and I asked the consultant which networks are they using and she said that their SIM cards uses FNB network or MTN but since the 6th March 2025 I can’t make calls nor send SMS’s I have no coverage what so ever. I tried contacting them through the app I was told to wait 72hours till today i still can’t get coverage but they’re busy trying to deduct my account for something that isn’t working. I just want to port out of fnb
