FNB Connect - Drama & Frustration - truly that advanced?

It took four visits to an FNB branch and various telephone calls from obtaining a SIM to trying to resolve an issue that is unresolved.

ISSUE (1) was given any SIM card and after showing my phone, was still given the wrong SIM - I had to go back to the branch; ISSUE (2) they ported my number to wrong person (apparently) - I was without my number/network for the entire weekend of my birthday (14 October); ISSUE (3) I had to go back to the branch to do a SIM swop and an email was sent to waive the R40 charge; ISSUE (4) the R40 was never given back to me and had to again go the branch to request a refund; ISSUE (5) the R40 remains due to me; ISSUE (6) FNB Connect contacts me to ask if I would like 1GIG for R60pm – sales over problem solving!?

An apology is past due and I will not accept it - I've been pushed to the brink. In addition to the R40 due to me, I want to be either reimbursed or given a phone credit for my telephone calls and petrol spent in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, a value cannot be put on my time and energy.
