FNB connect dont care about customers

Cannot contact FNB connect at all. For the last 3 days I have been trying to phone the FNB Connect help desk. All you hear on the phone is the machine telling you that theyare busy. Well it seems they are too busy to attend to customers What a total ignorance of customers needs Service just dont exist OR the help desk is completely unmanned
