FNB Connect do not respond to fair enquiry re excessive OOB (out-of-bundle) charges

I recently, in Feb 2018, committed to trying out the SIM card services offered by FNB --- having been tempted by an SMS marketing campaign offered by FNB/RMB with a 1Gb carrot!! On 5 March at 14h56 I received a call from Vuyo Mbebe at their "Bill Shock" department to warn me that I had a massive out of bundle charge on my account! I was gob-smacked --- speechless. I use the SIM card for occassional services on a mobile router. I have Gb's from Vodacom on my Apple 6. Only my wife and I have access to the mobile router AND we have fiber 10Mbps uncapped at our home. There is absolutely NO LOGIC in the charge that has come from CellC all of which was debited to my account at 23h59 on 03 Mar 2018 DATA_TRAFFIC DATA OUT-OF-BUNDLE 1.45 GB 1,484.21 23:59:09 03 Mar 2018 DATA_TRAFFIC DATA FREE 0.16 MB 0.00 23:59:09 03 Mar 2018 DATA_TRAFFIC DATA IN-BUNDLE 456.56 MB 0.00 . Vuyo was unable to provide a rational explanation. I do not accept the OOB charges --- it is simply impossible. I have insisted on a full and comprehensive report that will convince me that I or my wife (the only users) could have used 2Gb of data in one day. We do not use that much on our Vodacom deals in a month !!? AND we have automatic connectuon to our fiber based service when we are at home. I have further tried to resolve this telephonically with FNB Connect speaking to Candice on 7 & 8 May, Claudia on 9May when I was assured a 'resolution' within 3 days. Then I called on 15 May and Fortunate advised no resolution, no useful feedback. I then advised that I would reverse payment made to FNB Connect
