FNB CONNECT - do not even bother !!!!!!
I recently tried to get hold of FNB connect. After 5 attempts of dialling the number advertised on their website and choosing various options I gave up. Clearly they do not want new customers as there is no way of actually speaking to a person to actually do the sale. When I finally did speak to someone I was so frustrated that he just put the phone down on me.
Seriously FNB make your process more streamlined so that want to be customers can actually speak to a consultant that can assist.
