FNB Connect Disconnect

I have an FNB Connect simcard that i took up in August 2016. I have been using it without any problems until Friday 28 October 2016.

I couldn't use any of the data I had left on my simcard. At first I thought it was a network issue but after the simcard not connecting the whole weekend I realised something was up.

I called FNBconnect on Monday 31 October nd spoke to Mathapelo. I explained that I had 966MB that I wanted to use on the weekend as they expire at midnight on 31 October.

I asked her why my simcard was receiving calls but not connecting to the internet.

At first she said it was because they were waiting to debit my account first- which doesnt make sense because I get debited on the 1st. Afterwards she said my simcard was softlocked because I had exxhausted my data allocated and exceeded my limit of R115.

That was also not true since I had been checking my data nad limit and even today I still have 966MB and the R115 limit is still intact.

I need this fixed and my 966MB reimbursed because I am not the one at fault here.
