FNB Connect Disaster

I tried to get a new fnb connect contract, at the time of taking out the contract I was promised I could add an additional monthly data bundle to my package. After receiving the phone, they have put the additional data on a new SIM card and number that I am not even using and refuse to change it to my primary number. The matter has been escalated and I was promised a call in 72 hours, but it’s now been one week and they haven’t contacted me. Basically I was mislead to make the sale and now they don’t actually care and are making pay for something I am not even using. Quite disappointed as fnb usually has good service but seems there connect department is just a disaster, guess they should stick to banking
