FNB Connect disappointment

As an FNB account holder, I was called and offered 2 sımcards on contract.

Package includes: 30 minutes, 30 SMS, 30 MB and free unlimited WhatsApp for R36.

It is disappointing to note that they have, despite being a contract customer, changed the offering to exclude free whatsapp with no change on the fee.

Reviewer Update

Now, 6 months on, I'm still being billed for a contract I cancelled in October.

I called FNB two weeks ago and they promised to reimburse the funds deducted?

It is clear fnb lacks the expertise in running a mobile network.

FAIL!
