FNB Connect Device Problems

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I took a 24 month contract for a cell device (LG G4) from FNB the phone functioned fine for the first few months, then i ran into the infamous bootloop problem, after further investigating it i found it was a problem with the phone itself and alot of people were having the same issues and LG even issued a statement about it, i had to wait 2 months for the phone to be repaired because they need a new motherboard etc. The phone was returned to me and it worked fine, now a few months later, it has the exact same problem, my contract is going to expire in about 2 months then i will have no warranty and from what i understand, its going to have the exact same problem again. LG is being sued because they knew of the fault with the phones and still manufactured them. Now when i contact FNB im told they have to wait and see what their repair department says. I paid almost R12 000 for this phone and i expected quality, but now, 2 times in for repairs in less than 2 years. Below is a link explaining the problem with these phones. So even if my device is repaired it will do the same thing in a few months but by then i wont have no warranty left, a great waste of my money.
