FNB Connect - despicable!!!

Last month I had the same issue, my data expired and I was told by Kimberley that I have to wait 3-5 days before my next data is loaded. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Once again I'm sitting here without any internet and was told by Olebogent that I have to just wait. WHY?? How can a simple transaction take so long???
