FNB Connect Dept - S7 EDGE

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Ordered my S7 EDGE which was delivered promply after placing the order. Once i received the phone it kept giving endless problems. I was within the 7 day period for replacement which I acted upon. The new S7 EDGE was delieved and there was a problem with the SIM card tray which was not flush with the device.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>FNB agreed to replace this device as well. So I get called today and they let me know that the phone will be removed from there website as they don't have stock anymore. I asked them could I do a swap out for the normal S7. They told me I have to cancel the S7 EDGE first before I can place a new order. I call in the the lady tells me that the contract has been cancelled. I didn't believe a word she said. I called again and they told me there has been no cancellation on this phone. Apprently it takes 21 days for the phone to be removed off your profile.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>They promised that they will get back to me today ... still waiting for the phone call!!!!&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>So I have to wait up to a month for a new phone and I haven't even started using a phone yet, all while still paying!!!!!!!!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please someone help me.
