FNB connect dept is useless

I am still waiting for my data almost 2 weeks later of making my payment. Case was escalated numerous times and I keep getting calls about how it will loaded and has been allocated. This is pathetic. Fnb connect is really not as reliable as it was. What a shame. This is my second complaint of the same thing by the way.
