FNB Connect deliveries are Poor

I reordered a FNB Sim card to be delivered at my address, I then received several calls to confirm my address, then I was directed to a WhatsApp number where I also confirmed my address. Afterwards I still received numerous calls from FNB digital to confirm address, including confirmation of multiple SMSs that my Sim card will be delivered today between 08 and 5pm. I was home throughout and still no delivery was made. I called back and was told the delivery did arrive but nothing arrived. Its so unprofessional of the FNB to let their business be handled by third parties who cannot even arrange proper delivery of their product. I now wasted my time waiting, I have a lot of deliveries coming to my house and they never miss, even hooting works because I live in a standalone house. They over promise and under deliver
