FNB Connect declining my port out request

Good day ,I have trying to port out of FNB connect sim card for almost over a year.i have tried porting out to mtn, Vodacom,telkom and cell c but still being declined. now I am stuck with a network that gives me problems and I can't change my number because all my stuff is registered on that number.when I call FNB they tell me there is nothing wrong on their side.but nothing happens ,I really want out of this network please help.my recent port out was yesterday but still declined.FNB connect is deliberately declining my port request so I can stay on their boring network 😕 below is sms I received when I tried to port.
