FNB CONNECT DEBITING A SETTLED ACCOUNT **** *****

I had a cellphone contract with FNB connect that. I Settled the accounts about 4 months ago, I called in and requested a settlement amount and confirmed the settlement. Seemingly FNB connect did not update the settlement on their side, however the I settled the account and paid the settlement amount in full. for the past 4 months my account was settled and there was no debit orders going through because as expected, however last month my account was debited by FNB connect and upon querying it, they said they will look into it, resolve it and refund my money. This was not done and my money was not refuned. I then reversed my debit orders. However Fnb connect put my account in arrears, this is a ***** because the account was settled. This month the double debited again and causing a inconvenience to my already inconvenienced finances. They have not investigated and resolved the query I made a month ago. They keep debiting a settled account and de*****ing me. I need this resolved and my money refunded because the account was settled.
