FNB Connect ****************- Return my money!!!

This review regards FNB Connect. In 2016 FNB called me offering me a contract with a 786 number. I gave them a condition that as long as they are giving me a a number starting with 082 followed by 786 in the middle and the last four digits can be random that I will take it. They confirmed this for me on the phone and can listen to theur recordings. July 2016 they delivered via courier the sim card to me. To my disappointment when i switched on the number the number was statrting with 062 and not with 082 as they had promised. I immediately called them to cancel the contract as it was not as i had requested- they told me that they would investigate and come back to me. they called me back after a few days but again told me they would investigate after i told the the scenario again. after that (ncluding this year) i called them atleast 2 times and visited the fnb bank in laudium to try and sort it out/ cancel my contract but it seems to be going on deaf ears. they were initially charging me R40, now i see they are charging me R45. I never used the airtime because i wanted it cancelled besides to test the number once or twice (FNB Can check their records for proof). I want this contractcancelled and all the money that they have ****** from me without my permisison be returned to my account immediately!!!
