Fnb connect data never works

Just bought data for R45, 1G data promo from my cheque account !! The data is not working, I'm out here to do my audits and data not working!! Like does it ever end with this connect ?? Pls don't tell me that u see " usage" usage for what cause I'm sitting here now I can't do my work cause this thing is not working!!!!this service of yours is so tiring, I may as well close down , and concentrate on your core business, you don't know what you are doing in data/airtime field , frustrating !! If it’s not your data is your airtime not working can’t make a call while I have airtime or minutes and it keeps saying I e no airtime to make a call!! This is madness, I report the same thing weekly, month after month and you do zero about it, all your people just say “ we are reporting to our technicians” and I never hear back from you, all year of 2024 and prior you have been telling me the same story but no resolution!!! Do u know what you are doing over there cause it doesn’t seem like it from my end !!!!!
