FNB Connect

I had numerous applications done for phones on FNB connect, Approved every time with an agreement that I have to accept but then I need to make contact with FNB since I don’t recieve anything from them and then they just tell me it’s been declined.

I have complained about this on hellopeter twice and FNB complaints department then makes contact with me. Telling me that I didn’t pass there checks, when I ask what checks I didn’t pass they can’t give me answer to that.

FNB, I have an agreement with you. Stop calling me with stupid answers and call me with a solution.
