FNB Connect Customer service

I received such wonderful service from Sindy Tshabangu from FNB connect. She was very well mannered, friendly and showed sound knowledge of her product. Sindy made me feel like a valued FNB client - more than I have in the last 5 years with FNB.

I am urging FNB to incentivize Sindy's efforts as she exemplified the true meaning of customer service. It might seem small but it's rare to find good customer service.
