FNB Connect could use some training

FNB Connect I've called them several times saying my rewards have not been credited. The first one said call by 15th since it will be credited by 15th. The next one says they were credited. then she says no theyll be credited by 18th. Its 21st today - not credited. Anyone have a clue of what's going on?
