Fnb Connect charges for 0800 numbers ... to SARS

I recently phoned ***[SARS call centre] from FNB Connect

I was charged for the call

My free minutes were used to charge me for this call

I lodged a complaint with Fnb Connect

After numerous attempts, I got hold of them with the following reference number: 610845

After a few hours, a Fnb employee named Tfakani called me and said that Fnb charges for zero rated 0800 numbers and that I would not be receiving a credit to my free minutes.

I find the fact that Icasa regulations are not being adhered to abhorrent, and I request immediate remedial action from yourselves against Fnb Connect to restore my free minutes and for Fnb Connect to stop charging consumers for 0800 numbers going forward.
