FNB Connect Cellular Dept. A JOKE!!!

<p>I have been bankig with FNB for over a decade and they have outstanding service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is with their cellular FNB connect division.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. My number was ported to the new sim card 2 days before I got my new sim card if I remember correctly which I did not have access to my phone.</p> <p>2. The Friday the courier service stopped to deliver a package which was supposed to be my sim card but the package wasn't sealed properly and the sim fell out so they had nothing to deliver. This is all still fine people make mistakes.</p> <p>3. Contacted FNB connect and said I must go do a sim swap by the FNB branch so went and did that on Saturday. When I got home I asked why my phone is not activated and they said the lady at the branch did the sim swap incorrectly. So I went back again and another lady helped me and i called before I left to make sure it was done correctly and it was.</p> <p>4. When I got home the courier service was by my house with the new sim card and I told them I just did a sim swap and that I don't need it anymore. </p> <p>5. The Thursday morning my sim could not call out as my cotract had been cancelled. When I called they said the courier service said I dont want the contract anymore. Since when do you take the word of thre courier company, dont you cofirm this with the client first?</p> <p>6. Anyway it took them 6 days to get them to activate my SIM card again.</p> <p>7. Last week Thursday I could not recieve calls util today and I am so frustrated as they annot help me at the call centre. It feels like they haven't gone for ay training whatsoever and when you ask to speak to a team leader or manager they say hold on then play the music and eventually you get cut off before speaking to anybody. </p> <p> </p> <p>So here I am on day 4 without anyone able to call me and nobody who can help me. Very dissapointed FNB, youre much better than that!!!</p> <p> </p>
