FNB Connect cell service

Be vary very carefull of FNB Connect. I got a free sim card when I purchased a cell phone from FNB. It gets linked to your banking profile and I logged in and made sure the limt was set to 0 for out of bundle data usage. I got a big surprise when thousands of rands were just taken from my bank account and discovered it was FNB connect helping them selves. They claim I used 2.6 gig data over my monthly limit and were charging me R1 per meg, that is R1000 per Gig. You can buy Vodacom or MTN 2 Gig for R265. What a ******* and when i called FNB Connect to say my limit was set to 0, I was told you have to set the limit to 1, 0 does not count !! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!! Stick with prepaid and cut up those FNB sim cards NOW !!!

FNB Finally solved the problem. They refunded me the money they had charged, But 2 months later, someone at FNB must have changed their mind as they took the money again from my account and handed me over to a very irritating lawyer who would phone me, confirm who i was and then read a note on their screen and say oh , sorry I am not allowed to discuss this with you further and hang up. AGGGGrrrr !!
