FNB Connect

Good day,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint with FNB Connect regarding the continued lack of a response to my query. Despite being assigned to several agents, Buhle Masina, Ntando Simelane, Lefa Rajonase, and Lebohang Ntsoane the manager, I have received no further communication from anyone in response to my query.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the call center, with no response. I have also sent several emails to FNB Connect, only to receive no response. It is extremely frustrating that I have been unable to obtain a resolution to my query, despite having provided all the necessary information to the agents and manager.

I am hoping that this complaint will help prompt a response from FNB Connect, so that I can finally get a resolution to my query.
