FNB connect can’t make or receive calls

FNB Connect is absolutely useless. Really regret porting. They offer very cheap unlimited calling packages but the catch is the network barely works so you will never be able to use it. I have had everything from full LTE signal to one bar of edge but haven’t been about to make calls. It keeps saying “call failed”. I reported it and got a reference number. I posted on Twitter and RB Jacobs responded promising to sort it out. Still can’t make or receive calls which is harmful to my business. I’m sure any real provider would’ve take care of this by now.

Their data is also borderline unusably slow
