FNB Connect call Centre

Worst ever call Centre experience with FNB connect. Between me and my wife we’ve spent over 4 hours collectively calling their call center and haven’t spoken to anybody. If We have to hound you this bad tryING to buy something from you how bad will the service be if there are any problems. Extremely disappointed in this service!!
