FNB Connect Call Centre

I have been trying to port my number out of FNB Connect back to telkom since last year October, the first time I tried to do this they Cancelled my number for more than 30 days and to get it back I had to complain here, after I got my number back I asked them to port it out and I was told it wasn't possible and I had to wait 2 months which passed and I call FNB Connect twice regarding this and I was told to port it out myself.

2 days ago I tried to port my number out again and the same thing happened again my number has been cancelled and when I called last night I was told to visit an FNB Branch to get a new sim card so they can move the cancelled number to the new FNB Sim, I got the new sim and contacted FNB Connect while I was still in the Branch and I was told a different story that my number cannot be moved to the new sim card and it cannot be re-instated iinto the old sim card.

What is going on with the call centre employees? It looks like they just guess and choose the best option that suites them and not the client, am I being forced to keep using a network that only works when it wants to? I want to leave this network and use a reliable service provider of my choice and not be forced to use something that is basically useless to me.
