FNB Connect

I wish to give FNB free advice. Can FNB please exit the Telco space, read FNB Connect. The whole thing is just a jumbled mess and so amateurish. I have been having issue after issue with FNB Connect for the past three weeks. Some of of their managers with decorated titles call you to tick a box iro complaints and then do nothing to resolve issues. I urge potential customers to stay away from FNB Connect if they want to avoid drama that I have endured for the past 3 weeks.
