Fnb connect bridge of contract

During the week of the 15.08.16, an agent called me from fnb connect to sell me the data bundle package which I agreed to take on condition it will be activated on the 01.09.2016. However I did receive my sim card on the 22.08.16 didn't bother until I started receiving text messages about my number being ported.I did have airtime and data on my original sim card which got depleted. My concern is that fnb did not oblige by my contract telephonically which is bridge of contract I had no contact as this took 24 hours. Then called the call centre and they advised that data bundle is pro rata, and im confused because i should not be paying for something that was on my sim card originally!I can sue FNB for this as I have been inconvienaced and they be negligent.I have no trust with FNB want my sim card as it was, soon will change my bank account.
