FNB Connect Bill

When I first got my FNB connect sim card I was very excited about the costs that will be saved and eBucks to be earned . A month later I am horrified. After I ported my MTN number the signal became very bad. The experience became even worse like a nightmare when I saw a debit order of +- R1400.00 being deducted from my account. I phoned FNB connect, to get through to an operator took 15-20 minutes. When I then spoke to them I got told that I was billed for out of data bundle rates. This I don't understand. When I got my contract the parameter was set at 50mb I then buy data using my cheque account. My cap was at zero. When my data ran out I couldn't even use WhatsApp. If this was a contract then I could understand why I was charged out of bundle data rates, but this does not explain why I had no connection when the data that I bought extra ran out. I have been charged x5 more for my cell phone bill with the same amount of data used to when I was on a prepaid contract. This is the season to give and FNB connect took from me. I am very very disappointed and angry.
