FNB Connect - Be warned!!!

FNB Connect is the worst. Be warned. I have been battling for nearly 8 months now to resolve the issue where Vodacom numbers are unable to contact me. I have opened roughly 10 cases with the FNB Connect service desk since February this year, and at long last, the outcome and final feedback I received from FNB was that "FNB Connect cannot assist any further, and I should contact Vodacom myself to resolve and investigate the matter." How on earth is this my or Vodacom's problem? FNB Connect is my service provider, not Vodacom or any other network, for that matter. Since I own a small business and cannot afford to lose opportunities, I actually phoned Vodacom, but guess what? It is not their problem, and they recommend I contact my service provider.

Be warned, people. Don't fall for FNB Connect.
