FNB Connect bad service!!!!!

App**** for a phone at FNB, Got the Congratulations you have been approved with the reference number. The next SMS I received was that the courier will contact me for delivery. After the whole day went by without the courier calling me I thought let me follow up. After 21 minutes struggling to get to someone who can assist I was rudely told that my order was cancelled!!!! The line was so bad that I could only hear every second word. ***. How can you let someone know that the order was approved then courier will contact you for delivery and then all of a sudden its cancelled!!!!!!!
