Fnb connect BAD service

I would like to express my horrible experience with Fnb connect sim card service. An agent called to sell me the sim card, which was a day's process. Now there has been too many surprises of things that I cannot do with the sim card which were not explained to me like recharging manually with a voucher, I did not know I can only recharge if I have funds available in my account. Should I have known that I would have not agreed to it since its a huge inconvenience for me.

Secondly I have been billed so much money since I received the sim card, bills that were NEVER explained to me. I had to pay for a month in advance then later R89 went off for delivery which I was never told of. This to me looks like FNB is robbing me in broad daylight of my hard-earned money. I only received about 300+ of MG and have already paid way over R200, this does not make any financial sense.

I called to cancel the card and was told it can only be migrated at the end of the month and as if that's not enough I will be billed again for September, which is now going to 2 months in advance of payments that I am just giving away to FNB for NOTHING!!!

I am really not happy with all of this especially since Fnb doesn't bother explaining all these underlying costs!!! I need this card terminated immediately I am utterly FRUSTRATED with the service!!
