Fnb-connect bad experience

Fnb connect bad experience not the first time today again I experienced that my minutes has esculated after Fnb for some reason changed the debit order by them selfs without notification when you call customer care line they keep telling we must wait for the admin department but why change the debit order after I set the debit order according my salary date really bad service this is the 3rd time they changed the debit order by them selfs for one or other reason.
