FNB Connect bad bad service

FNB Connect.....this possible the worst company I ever try to order from...I ordered a Samsung 65 inch TV from my app everything was confirmed...then things got messed up totally. First I got a message that tell me my order was cancelled by FNB, then I received a email from MDS courier telling me my order is a ***** Order ...then the next day The courier phone my wanted to deliver my TV in Christaina in North West....I stay in Bapsfontein...I made contact with FNB connect after trying about 20 times and the a Julian phone me back told me that They will cancel the order and I can reorder also tagging me in the mail that he sent to Digital planet..that was 2 days ago since then nothing happened...I am a client of FNB for the last 20 years I got a private client account and this is how they treat their customers...
