Fnb Connect appalling service

Fnb Connect is giving the worst service ever. I placed an order of a device on the 25th Nov and the order was cancelled without me authorizing and now I’m expected to start the process again and have a credit rating in my name for their negligence. Consumers are expected to accept that creditors will decline you if you are not in the credit rating they need you to be at but they are quick to let your credit scoring drop like it’s nothing. It seems like fairness is very scarce at FNB connect. You are readily availed consultants at sales but no one is available to resolve your issues
