FNB connect and related service

I’m resorting to Hello Peter as my numerous complaints to FNB's complaints department either telephonically or electronically falls on deaf ears. I was contacted by their sales department and offered a fnb connect sim. I accepted the offer and indicated that I wanted two sim cards, one for me and one for my partner. After receiving it we realised we could not port his current number ourselves as only mine was registered to fnb. After a few visits to our local branch we had to phone the call centre and were advised that I was on an unlimited package. As I approved two R100 top-ups I immediately disputed. I was told this would be investigated within 72 hours and the consultant would also be investigated, I would be contacted. After a week I had to make numerous phone call only to be told that I still waiting to be downgraded. I then cancelled both packages. After a few weeks I noticed FNB deducted funds for the sim cards. Again there was a porting problem. Also they charged me fees for services I did not use? After reporting this as mentioned, I’m still waiting for corrections or communication from FNB. FNB is quick to offer something but cant give the service supporting their products. Their signal is very bad and all around I would advise not to take this product.
